Healthy and Happy

Being happy isn’t just about which CDs you own, what colour your hair is, which jeans you wear and where you hang out (although it does help sometimes!). It’s about relationships, keeping fit, what your ambitions are, what’s available to you and ‘being at one’ with yourself.

If you have an opinion about what makes you happy and want to let others know, add a comment and we will post your tips here!
