Special Needs and Disabled

Need to find some help or assistance? Locally and nationally here are some really helpful organisations. Perhaps there someone you know who has special needs or a disability and need help. Why not have a look at these contacts and see if they can help out?

 

  • Ashford Access Group aims to improve access for disabled within the Ashford Borough. 01233 623887
  • Kent Autistic Trust offers support for adults through day to day living including vocational and life skill services. 01233 500265 
  • Young Carers’ Support offers respite breaks and 2-1 work with carers under the age of 18. Ashford’s team help young people who have others in the household who are ill or disabled - call 01233 646709.
